Delete your account

Deleting your Coach account permanently removes your account, profile, conversations, saved videos and photographs. You do not need to give a reason.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@coach.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before we act, and we aim to finish within 30 days of confirming your request.

What happens to your data

• Deleting from this page takes effect straight away.
• Copies in restricted backups can remain for up to 90 days, until those backups rotate.
• Some records can be kept for longer where there is a legal reason, such as security logs and support emails. The Privacy Policy gives the periods.
• Removing the app, or clearing this browser, does not delete your account.
